Superb my stay at Astar Hotel customer service helped me have a new key when I requested for support. The breakfast and foods generally was fantastic. Every one of the employees I contacted had been incredibly pleasant.

This hotel was truly centrally situated and the staff from the reception were there at all the hours. The beds have been cozy and the people in the hotel ended up typically respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air-con was on and off, but wasn´t a big deal. Assuming that you are visiting Hualien City you have to reserve at Astar Hotel. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the guest rooms are very clean. A very nice place in general and the atmosphere was wonderful.
